About LNCY

Who was LNCY (or really Lancy)?

LNCY is named after my German Shepherd Lancelot, or more affectionately and unless he was in trouble, Lancy. Lancelot was my best friend for 12 years... a loyal dog who was always by my side. When it became clear than Lancelot's time with me was coming to an end, I found it difficult to imagine my life without him. For 12 years almost everything in my life had been guided by his presence and soon that would end.

I started LNCY to serve as an investment company to make long-term investments. I named it after Lancy so that he would continue to be a part of my life as he had been for so long. I imagined myself sitting with Lancelot once again at some point in the future and explaining all that we'd accomplished together. While there is no exact template for a LNCY investment, we primarily look for opportunities to advance technology, health care and education.
